A clearer view of your drawing.
Get help with drawings, files, measurements, and purchases. LinePocket is preparing for its first App Store release.
Open a drawing
In LinePocket, tap Open Drawing and choose a DWG or ASCII DXF in Files. You can also share a drawing from another app and choose LinePocket. Imported drawings are copied into local storage and appear in Saved Files.
Try measurement
Open the Floor Plan or Shapes sample to explore the viewer. Explicitly activate the free seven-day measurement trial in the app to try distance, path, and area measurement. When the trial ends, viewing stays free and measurement requires the one-time LinePocket Pro purchase.
Buy or restore Pro
Open Account & License in the main app, or choose a measurement tool. Explicitly activate the free 7-day Trial to start measurement access. It ends without charging. Apple displays the localized one-time Pro price before a separate purchase. Use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account that bought Pro. Purchases require an App Store connection; previously verified Pro access is cached locally for offline use.
For measurement in the Share viewer, first buy or restore in the main LinePocket app, then reopen the LinePocket Share viewer. Refunds or revoked purchases remove Pro when a verified update is processed.
Drawing compatibility
LinePocket renders supported 2D model-space objects. Some DWG versions, custom objects, hatches, external references, paper-space layouts, and font-dependent content may not display completely. Read any import warning and compare critical content with a reference view from the authoring application.
If a DWG cannot open, export an ASCII DXF from your CAD application and try that file. Confirm drawing units before relying on a measurement; a unitless drawing needs its source units established.
A large or damaged file will not open
Try opening the saved drawing in the main app rather than the Share viewer. The extension has a smaller memory allowance. Remove unneeded content or export a smaller 2D drawing from the authoring application. Repeated retries of the same damaged file are unlikely to help.
Your files
LinePocket saves local copies; its opening and measurement workflow does not overwrite the source drawing. Keep your own backups. Drawings stored only inside an app can be lost if the app is deleted.
